The Essex BIA is thrilled to announce the return of our Downtown Dollar Fall Sale!
We’ll be selling $75,000 worth of Downtown Dollars at a 20% discount on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at RBC Royal Bank of Canada (161 Talbot St N, Essex, ON) while supplies last.
$50,000 to be sold! We have designed glossy, easy to count currency in increments of $10, $20, and $50 bills.
RBC Royal Bank of Canada will be enforcing our $500 limit for each purchase of Downtown Dollars to allow everyone the opportunity to save. Downtown Dollars can be purchased with cash or RBC clients can use debit.
Downtown Dollars are accepted at over 65 local participating Essex businesses. There is no expiry date and Downtown Dollars can be used any time. *See the Participating Essex Businesses list below.
